Some of the signature dishes available at Uchi Lounge include, for starters: Tempura Chicken Pieces with Sesame Mustard mayonnaise, or the equally popular Prawn and Fish Balls with Green Tea salt. As either an entree or main, The Uchi Lounge has a lovely selection of fresh sashimi, such as our Kingfish with Shallot infused Olive Oil & Umeboshi dressing or Fresh Oysters with Umeshu Vinaigrette.

Renowned Chef and Owner Takashi Ohuchi has brought his distinct fusion of old and new, with dishes such as Grilled Eggplant Miso sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, or the sumptuous Kamosuki – Duck Breast, Tofu & Leek with Sweet Soy Broth... not to mention our range of equally delicious vegetarian dishes.
